Working Principle
After a 2-minute delay, the polymer flocculant dosing machine begins dosing, and the mixing system operates simultaneously. The timing can be set via input elements on the control panel. Once the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system are operating at full high water level, the wetting system stops, while the dosing system and inlet water system can maintain continuous operation of the mixing system. The operation and shutdown status of the mixer and dosing pump can be determined by the dosing control cabinet or remote control.
