Fully Pressed Filter Press Machine Tightly Sealed Effortless Operation
Brief Description
This filter press achieves uniform and thorough pressing through an optimized pressing mechanism, effectively improving the dryness of the filter cake. The machine boasts excellent sealing performance, preventing filtrate leakage and ensuring a clean workshop environment. The simplified operation process significantly reduces labor intensity, making it suitable for solid-liquid separation processes in industries such as chemical, ceramics, and metallurgy.

Product Overview
Our Rotary Drum Micro-screen is a high-efficiency, self-cleaning filtration system designed for the removal of fine suspended solids, fibers, and particulate matter in tertiary wastewater treatment, water reuse, and industrial process applications. Utilizing a continuously rotating drum covered with fine micro-screen panels, it delivers consistent, high-quality filtrate with minimal operator intervention, making it the ideal solution for achieving stringent effluent standards.
Working Principle
1. Influent Entry: Water enters the open end of the horizontally mounted drum and
distributes inside.
2. Gravity Filtration: Under a low hydraulic head, water passes outward through the fine
screen panels (typically 10-100 micron mesh or wedge wire), while
solids are retained on the inner surface.
3. Solids Lift & Removal: As the drum rotates slowly, the captured solids are lifted out of
the water.
4. High-Pressure Backwash: At the apex, a row of high-pressure spray nozzles (using clean
filtrate) discharges the solids into an internal collection trough.
5. Effluent & Sludge Discharge: The cleaned filtrate is collected in an outer effluent chamber,
while the washed solids are conveyed for disposal.

Key Design & Performance Features
1. Simple structure with smooth operation, easy maintenance, and
long service life.
2. High-capacity, efficient filtration, achieving over 80% recovery
rate for fine suspended solids in wastewater.
3. Compact footprint, cost-effective operation, low-speed running
with automatic protection, and easy installation.
4. Fully automated and continuous operation requiring no dedicated
personnel; capable of discharging filter cake with a solids
concentration exceeding 12%.
5. Can serve as an alternative to coarse filtration equipment such
as mechanical bar screens.
Applications
The micro-screen is suitable for solid-liquid separation in various industrial wastewater streams, capable of removing fine particles larger than approximately 0.25 mm in diameter. It is applicable as a pretreatment solution for wastewater from industries such as papermaking, tannery, slaughterhouse, brewing, printing and dyeing, textile, and chemical processing. It is particularly well-suited for treating papermaking white water to achieve closed-loop recycling and reuse.
