Viii. Deduction standard for construction deposit
If any construction unit or individual violates the provisions of "Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center Construction Safety Regulations" and refuses to implement the safety management requirements put forward by the venue, Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to deduct part or all of the construction deposit in accordance with the following standards. For units or individuals who seriously violate the safety provisions of this manual and refuse to obey the dissuasion, Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to make a decision on compulsory withdrawal.
1. If the construction unit fails to equip qualified and effective fire extinguishers according to the regulations, the construction deposit of 500 yuan will be deducted.
2. If the construction personnel enter the operation without safety helmet and do not listen to the dissuasion, the construction deposit of 200 yuan/person/time will be deducted.
3. Construction personnel on the ladder more than 2m (including) above the height of the operation, the ladder is unguarded, the violator will deduct the construction deposit of 200 yuan/person/time.
4. If the aerial workers of the construction unit operate without licenses, or are operated by unlicensed personnel, the construction deposit of 2000 yuan/person/time will be deducted.
5. The construction unit does not listen to the dissuasion to build materials to occupy the fire channel, the violator will deduct the construction deposit of 500 yuan/place/time.
6. If the actual connection switch of the booth electrical box of the construction unit is inconsistent with the declared specifications, the construction deposit of 2000 yuan is deducted for refusal to rectify.
7. The construction unit shall ensure that the electric box of the venue is clean and tidy, and paint is sprayed on the electric box. A deduction of 200 yuan/piece will be made.
8. The construction unit shall not move and disassemble the electric box of the venue without permission, and the construction deposit of 2000 yuan/place/time shall be deducted.
9. If the construction unit illegally uses alcohol, diluent and flammable products, the construction deposit of 500 yuan/place/time will be deducted.
10. If the construction unit illegally uses the grinder to cut metal items to generate sparks, the construction deposit of 500 yuan/place/time will be deducted.
11. If the construction unit violates the rules and brutally disassembles the exhibition during the withdrawal period and pushes or pulls down the exhibition booth as a whole, the construction deposit of 2000 yuan/place/time will be deducted.
12. The construction unit shall not leave the booth structure, decorative materials and other waste in the pavilion, back yard and around the venue, the corresponding construction deposit will be deducted according to the circumstances.
13. During the construction period, if the construction unit does not listen to the dissuasion of the venue, resulting in the collapse of the booth, door, backboard and other structures, all the construction deposit will be deducted.
14. If the construction unit violates the provisions of this manual and causes property losses to either party, the violator shall deduct the construction deposit of 10,000 yuan/time, and deduct the compensation for property losses according to the personal and property losses.
15. If the construction unit violates the provisions of this manual and causes personal injury or death to either party, the violator shall deduct all the construction deposit and investigate the violator's legal responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
The construction unit shall take full responsibility for all safety accidents caused by casualties, fire and damage to the building facilities, etc. caused by violation of the above regulations during the construction, withdrawal and transportation of the building, and bear all reputation and economic losses caused to Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The construction unit shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with the above requirements and relevant rules and regulations. If there is any violation, Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center will deduct the corresponding construction deposit according to the seriousness of the circumstances.
