Principle of Operation:
The rotary grinding shaft drives all grinding media inside the grinding chamber. The grinding media pass the power to the materials, reducing their particle size. The gap separator inside the horizontal bead mills separates the products and the grinding media. Bead grinders are suitable for different viscosity formulations.

Usage Method:

• Preparation: Ensure that the equipment and grinding media are in good condition and that the equipment is clean.
• Adjust parameters: Adjust the speed of the disc-type sand mill, the quantity and size of the grinding media, and the grinding time based on the properties and requirements of the materials.
• Feeding and operation: Add the materials to be ground along with the grinding media into the grinding chamber and start the equipment for grinding. Additional additives or adjustments in temperature can be gradually added as needed.
• Monitoring and adjustment: Monitor the grinding effect and the state of the materials during the grinding process. Stop the equipment and check the particle size and dispersion effect of the materials if necessary, and make necessary adjustments.
