Double-arm forced feed rubber strainer/extruder machine:
This rubber strainer machine adopts a double-shaft forced feeder, rubber lumps after dispersion kneader/Bunbury mixer can be directly put into the double-shaft forced feeder for extrusion and straining, without having to use a two roll mixing mill for rubber sheeting first and then feed into then feed into the extruder, by which this machine can greatly improve the productivity, save work force and power consumption.
This rubber strainer machine is mainly composed of double-shaft forced feeder unit, screw, barrel, screen head, automatic cutter, temperature control system, transmission, electric control system.

Main characteristics:
1.The double-shaft feed has good feeding effect and strong filtering capability, which greatly reduces the work intensity of workers. Compared with the old model, it reduces labor intensity. Because the two roll mill is not a must, so it can also save investment and power consumption.

7. The front of the hydraulic screen changer is equipped with extrusion die head, which can produce rubber sheet. So this machine can filter rubber and do rubber extrusion the same time.
