6. Installation & Wiring Tips

1. Use 125 VDC supply with < 5 % ripple; add external fuse (0.5 A) per input for Class 1 Div 2 compliance.
2. Torque terminals to 0.4 N·m – over-tightening may crack housing.
3. Maintain 25 mm clearance above module for easy insertion.
4. Label wires immediately – terminal numbers are laser-etched on carrier.
5. Verify power budget – each module adds 70 mA @ 5 V to backplane.
