DRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAP MAKING MACHINE:
PP Strap Making Machine
PP strapping equipment refers to machinery used either for the
production of PP strapping bands or for the bundling of goods using
such bands; it can be broadly categorized into two main types:
production equipment and strapping equipment.
PP Strapping Production Equipment:
Main Components---- Typically consists of a screw feeder, main
extruder, cooling water tank, primary haul-off unit, stretching
oven, embossing machine, shaping oven, and winding machine.
Working Principle----- Raw materials are fed via the feeding system into the high-performance main extruder. After being heated and melted, the molten material is extruded through a die head to form a raw PP strap profile; this profile is then rapidly cooled and set within the cooling water tank.
The primary haul-off unit conveys the raw PP strap profile into the
stretching oven, where it undergoes heating and stretching to
achieve its final structural form.
The secondary haul-off unit then transports the strap to the
embossing machine for surface embossing. Following embossing, the
strapping band passes through a shaping oven to relieve internal
stresses, is subsequently cooled and set once more in a final
cooling tank, and is finally conveyed by a third haul-off unit to
the winding machine for coiling, thereby completing the production
process of the PP strapping band.
