PP Strap Making Machine

The PP Strap Making Machine​ is a high-end extrusion equipment with a dedicated screw for the extruder. It has uniform plasticization, consistent flow channels for the embryos, more complete shrinkage and shaping, more stable products, and more accurate dimensions

FEATURES:

1. Extruder

Function: Heats and melts PP raw material (granular, with optional color masterbatch, fillers, etc.) to plasticize it, and continuously extrudes the melt through a rotating screw.

Screw: Screw diameter (selected according to capacity requirements, commonly 30mm), length-to-diameter ratio (generally 25:1-30:1 to ensure full plasticization of the raw material), heating power (segmented temperature control to adapt to the raw material's melt profile).

2. Die (Extrusion Die)

Function: Extrudes the melt conveyed by the extruder through a die of a specific shape (usually a flat slit) to form a preliminary strip-shaped billet (thickness and width must match subsequent processes).

Features: The die gap is finely adjustable to ensure uniform billet thickness; the internal flow channels are smooth, reducing melt resistance and preventing raw material degradation.
