Easy Installation Sand Water Separator Simple Maintenance Simple Maintenance
Brief Description
The equipment requires no complex foundation for installation, and standard interfaces facilitate quick and easy integration into existing piping systems. Routine maintenance requires only routine checks, with no specialized tools needed. It adapts well to sand and gravel of varying sizes and flow fluctuations, making it a reliable pretreatment device suitable for multiple industries.

Product Overview
The SF Series Sand-Water Separator is an efficient, robust dewatering apparatus specially developed for the separation of sand, grit, and other heavy inorganic particles from wastewater. It plays a critical role in municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial pretreatment installations, and other fields where removing abrasive substances is necessary to prevent equipment wear and enhance the efficiency of the entire treatment process.
Working Principle
Wastewater containing grit is fed into the separation unit. Heavy grit settles at the bottom under the effect of sedimentation and mechanical conveying. A custom-designed spiral shaft continuously picks up and conveys the settled grit out of the water tank. During lifting, free water drains back, allowing clean and sufficiently dewatered grit to be discharged.
