Heavy-duty Suitable Sand Water Separator Durable Material Compatible with Various Operating Conditions
Brief Description
Designed specifically for high-concentration sand-containing wastewater, the machine body is robustly constructed with strong load-bearing capacity. It is compatible with various front-end sand removal processes, such as cyclone grit removal or aerated grit removal. It performs stably in industries such as building materials, ceramics, and quarrying, meeting the stringent requirements of heavy industry.

Product Overview
The SF Series Sand-Water Separator is a highly efficient dewatering machine with excellent reliability, dedicated to separating sand, grit, and other heavy inorganic solids from wastewater. It serves as an essential part of municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial pretreatment systems, and other applications where eliminating abrasive materials is critical for protecting downstream equipment and increasing process efficiency.
Working Principle
Grit-bearing wastewater is introduced into the separation chamber. Heavy grit settles at the bottom through the combination of sedimentation and mechanical conveying. The specially manufactured spiral shaft continuously elevates and removes the settled grit from the water basin. Free water drains back during lifting, so the discharged grit is clean and well-dewatered.
