These optocouplers feature integrated Schmitt triggers for logic-compatible waveforms without external wave-shaping. With superior common mode transient immunity (up to 10 kV/s), a wide operating voltage range (4.5V to 20V), and low input current, they offer robust performance in demanding applications such as microprocessor system interfaces, ground loop elimination, and pulse transformer replacement. The series includes options with GaAsP LEDs (HCPL-22XX, HCPL-02XX) and AlGaAs LEDs (HCNW22XX), available in various packages including DIP and SOIC.
