Main detection objects
·Pipeline circumferential weld inspection: 100% panoramic exposure is carried out for pipeline butt circumferential welds to detect defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, lack of penetration, cracks, etc. This type of detection typically uses a 360 ° x 30 ° X-ray beam to ensure a circular weld imaging.
·Corrosion and wall thickness detection of pipeline body: It can identify the corrosion, erosion, and wall thickness loss of the inner wall of the pipeline, including the corrosion under the insulation layer (CUI) of the pipeline with insulation layer, and usually does not require shutdown or stripping of the insulation layer.
·Internal structural abnormalities: blockages, deposits, deformations, or other mechanical damages are found inside the pipeline.
