II. Core Working Principle Its workflow is generally as follows:

1. Bag Pickup: A robotic arm picks up a packaging bag from the side bag reservoir.

2. Printing: Optional, printing the production date or batch number on the bag.

3. Bag Opening: The bag opening is opened using a suction cup, and air is blown to fully open the bag.

4. Filling: The measured product is injected into the bag through a funnel (can be connected to a computer-controlled scale, liquid filling machine, etc.).

5. Shaping: For products requiring a regular shape, vibration or tapping is applied.

6. Pre-sealing: The bag opening is gently pressed to prevent the product from falling out when entering the vacuum chamber.

7. Vacuum Sealing: The bag enters the vacuum chamber at the workstation, where air is evacuated and heat-sealed.

8. Cooling and Shaping: After heat sealing, the bag cools naturally, making the seal more secure.

9. Bag Unloading: The finished bag is automatically released and slides onto the conveyor belt to enter the next stage.

1. High Speed: This is its biggest advantage. Due to the parallel operation of multiple workstations, the speed far exceeds that of single-station or dual-station equipment, typically reaching 40-60 bags/minute, and some models can even reach over 80 bags/minute.
