Conveyor belt within labeling section is powered and controlled by
the labeling machine.
Operating Principle of Water Bottle Shrinking Sleeve Machine
When a bottle passes through the detection sensor on the conveyor
belt, the servo-controlled drive assembly automatically dispenses
one label. Simultaneously, the lower label feeding roller assembly
feeds the next label, which is then sleeved onto the bottle.
Sensor Positioning Adjustment
Adjust according to the indicated direction. If the label is
inserted into the bottle in state A, move the sensor position
toward direction B. If in state C, move the sensor position from C
toward B until the label is correctly inserted as shown in B.
