Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is specifically designed for manufacturing a wide range of plastic hollow products made from high molecular materials. This versatile equipment excels in producing items that vary in size, from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

It is widely used to create various hollow products such as bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and even automotive parts. Its adaptability makes it suitable for numerous applications across different industries.

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor that effectively meets the rotational requirements of the screw during the blowing process. The screw, characterized by a high slenderness ratio, is capable of processing a wide variety of materials. It offers strong plasticizing performance, ensuring high production efficiency while consuming low energy. Additionally, the barrel utilizes a resistance heater controlled by a computer, allowing for fast, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads in the combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce blown products with visible strip lines or double-layer structures. This flexibility enhances the range of products that can be manufactured.

The mould clamping device features a toggle type mechanism and a linear guide. With a double station setup, the mould platen moves more quickly and smoothly, improving overall operational efficiency.

The hydraulic oil circuit has been improved for better power saving, rapid response, and stable performance. Installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient with a removable and mobilizable oil tank.

The entire machine is controlled via computer. Its hydraulic system uses double proportional control, enabling reliable operation with high automation levels. Furthermore, it includes an automatic fault alarm system and can store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

Users can choose from three operational modes: "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto," providing flexibility depending on the application requirements.

Safety is a priority, as evidenced by the safety door incorporating both electric and mechanical safety devices. This feature prevents mould closing when the safety door is open, making the operation safe and dependable.

The machine supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting. Additionally, it includes an oblique blowing function to further extend its operational capabilities.
