The automatic blanket washing system is a dedicated automated cleaning device designed for offset printing presses. Through a combination of pre-wet cleaning cloth/brush, pneumatic/electric drive and PLC intelligent control, it can quickly clean ink, paper lint, paper powder and impurities on the blanket surface with one click while the printing press is running without stopping.

How to use:
1. Installation and Commissioning
• Fix the main unit according to the reserved hole positions of the
printing press, connect the air source/power supply/water tank.
• Install the cleaning cloth reel, thread the cloth to the recovery
roller, and adjust the tension.
• Touch screen settings: cleaning time, liquid spray volume, color
group selection, number of cycles.
• No-load test: normal cloth feeding, wetting, ink scraping and
recovery, no cloth jamming or liquid leakage.
2. Daily Operation (One-Click Cleaning)
• The printing press is running normally, and the blanket needs
cleaning due to dirt.
• Select the cleaning color group on the touch screen and start
"Automatic Cleaning".
• The system automatically performs: pre-wetting → cleaning cloth
attachment → roller rotation cleaning → waste cloth recovery →
reset.
• After cleaning is completed, an automatic prompt will appear, and
printing can continue.
3. Consumable Replacement
• When the cleaning cloth is used up: stop the machine, open the
protective cover, take out the empty reel, install a new cloth, and
re-thread the cloth.

impurities in the recovery tank.
