Please ensure your glass bottles strictly follow the standard swing-top neck design drawings to prevent the wire from slipping or cracking the glass collar during locking.
Sterilization and Washing Limits:
Pressure Retention and Carbonation Warnings: While our swing tops are rated to withstand carbonation pressures up to 4-5 bar, excessive over-carbonation (such as during uncontrolled wild fermentation) can cause beverage to forcefully spray upon opening. Always ensure fermentation is stabilized before final sealing, and open with caution.
Rubber Gasket Replacement in Circular Lifecycles: If you are running a bottle-return program where bottles are washed and refilled multiple times, please inspect the rubber gaskets regularly. While the steel wire and ceramic stoppers last indefinitely, the rubber gaskets may dry out or lose elasticity after several years and should be replaced to maintain absolute airtightness.
