The CZ-TPJ-2.5 Running Track Paver Machine is designed for paving rubber elastic layers on synthetic running tracks, athletic tracks, and sports surfaces. It integrates variable-frequency stepless speed control, electric hydraulic lifting, and digital temperature control to support smooth and continuous mechanical paving. With a 2500mm paving width, adjustable speed of 0.8–6 m/min, and paving capacity of up to 500m²/h, the machine is suited to efficient installation of running tracks and large sports surfaces.

2500mm Wide Paving

The 2500mm paving width supports continuous installation of rubber elastic layers on running tracks and large sports surfaces.

Adjustable Paving Speed

The machine operates at 0.8–6m/min, allowing the paving speed to be adjusted according to project conditions.

Electric Hydraulic Lifting

The hydraulic lifting system allows the machine's working position to be adjusted during installation.

Digital Temperature Control

The heating plate has a set temperature of 90°C, supported by a digital temperature control system.

Designed for Rubber Sports Surfaces
