Syris delivers complete precision full-machine assembly for this multi-axis automated testing and handling system, integrating precision mechanical structures, motion control components, and electrical systems into a fully functional automation module.

Built on a precision aluminum extrusion and sheet metal frame, the system features multiple vertical lead-screw driven lift axes, each powered by dedicated servo motors, enabling precise multi-station vertical positioning and material handling. The internal structure is equipped with linear guide rails, drag chains for organized cable management, and multiple mounting platforms to support synchronized multi-axis movement.

An integrated conveyor/transfer module extends from the main frame, enabling smooth transfer of workpieces into and out of the system, supporting continuous and automated production flow.
