Syris provides complete precision machining and full-machine assembly for this multi-module automated scanning equipment, integrating precision-fabricated enclosures, optical/mechanical scanning modules, and pneumatic-electrical systems into a fully functional production line unit.

The equipment consists of multiple interconnected precision sheet metal cabinets, each fitted with hinged, gas-strut-supported access covers for convenient internal access and maintenance. The core scanning module features precision-machined internal components, including guided roller assemblies, linear motion stages, and an optical scanning head, all mounted on precisely machined mounting plates to ensure accurate, repeatable scanning performance.

The system is equipped with a touchscreen HMI control panel, along with power and emergency stop switches for safe and intuitive operation. Integrated pneumatic components — including a regulator and air cylinder — support automated motion functions, with cleanly routed tubing and wiring throughout the enclosure. Multiple lockable side access doors provide full-length access to internal mechanisms across all connected modules.
