Injection molded magnet for actuator

This injection molded magnet is designed for actuators that require precise, repeatable magnetic performance in a compact form. Manufactured from bonded NdFeB, it delivers high magnetic flux with net-shape molding and tight tolerances.

Its complex geometry and thin-wall capability make it ideal for linear and rotary actuators in automotive and industrial equipment. Custom pole patterns, magnetization direction and dimensions are available.

Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
