This magnetic rotor is designed for air conditioning and refrigeration compressors and fan motors, providing reliable and efficient magnetic drive.

Manufactured by injection molding bonded magnet material, it delivers tight concentricity, low vibration and stable performance in demanding HVAC environments. Custom geometry and magnetization are available.

Chengdu facility - Located in Chengdu, Sichuan province, the plant space covers 10 thousand square meters, supplies Compression bonded magnets and magnetic assembly components for customers worldwide.

With rich experience more than 20 years’ in industry, the team has strong capability of making molds, tools and fixtures from design to fabrication in own tooling house. Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
