Magnetic propeller

This magnetic propeller integrates a bonded magnet into a molded propeller structure, commonly used in flow sensors, pumps and fluid-handling devices.

Injection molding achieves a lightweight, balanced component with consistent magnetic field distribution. Custom blade geometry, pole patterns and sizes are available.

Chengdu facility - Located in Chengdu, Sichuan province, the plant space covers 10 thousand square meters, supplies Compression bonded magnets and magnetic assembly components for customers worldwide.

With rich experience more than 20 years’ in industry, the team has strong capability of making molds, tools and fixtures from design to fabrication in own tooling house. Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
