The process supports integrated features such as shafts, gears and hubs, reducing assembly cost. Available in ferrite or NdFeB materials, with custom magnetization patterns to suit your application.

With rich experience more than 20 years’ in industry, the team has strong capability of making molds, tools and fixtures from design to fabrication in own tooling house. Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
