Product Overview

The XF series horizontal fluidized bed dryer, also known as fluidized bed dryer, consists of air filter, heater, horizontal fluidized bed mainframe, cyclone separator, bag filter dust collector and high-pressure induced draft fan. Matching dust removal equipment can be configured flexibly according to material characteristics. Cyclone separator can be used alone for materials with large specific gravity such as instant granules; combined cyclone separator and bag filter dust collector with pneumatic feeding and belt conveyor feeding system are equipped for fine powder and small granular materials with low specific gravity.

Granular solid raw materials are fed into the dryer by feeder. Clean hot air after filtration and heating enters the bottom of fluidized bed, contacts with materials through distribution plate to form fluidization state and complete heat & mass transfer. Dry finished materials are discharged from the discharge port. Exhaust gas discharged from the top of the dryer is recycled for powder materials via cyclone separator and bag filter, then exhausted to atmosphere.

Steam, electric and hot air stove heating modes are optional per customer requirements. It realizes fully automatic continuous drying, suitable for powder and granular materials such as pharmaceutical APIs, tablet particles, Chinese herbal granules, plastic resins and citric acid. Also widely adopted for food additives, grain products, corn germ and feed materials. The applicable particle size ranges 0.5–3mm optimally, with a maximum acceptable particle diameter of 6mm.
