HX500PB1 Digital Perfect Binding Machine is a single-clamp system
for short-run, variable, and book-of-one production, operating at
up to 500 cycles per hour with a binding thickness range of 1–50
mm. It integrates clamping, spine preparation, gluing, cover
creasing, and nipping into an automated workflow. A built-in
caliper and 15-inch touchscreen enable automatic setup of key
parameters, reducing manual adjustment and changeover time. The
machine supports parameter templates and inline configurations with
trimmers or automated feeding systems for digital finishing
workflows.
