HMC Tombstone is available in 2-station, 3-station and 4-station types. Each zero point plate can mount 2 vises as standard, and customized setup for 3 vises is supported. The height of the tombstone can be customized. Manual or pneumatic zero point plates are optional. The mounting holes on the worktable can be customized to match your machine.
1. Modular multi-station design. Each zero point plate can fit 2 vises by default, and custom arrangement for 3 vises is available, greatly improving batch machining capacity.
2. Customizable height to fit horizontal machining centers with different strokes.
3. Zero point plates can be selected in manual or pneumatic versions to meet different production requirements.
4. Bottom mounting holes can be customized according to the customer's machine table specification, compatible with various HMC models.
5. Made of high-strength cast iron, the tombstone features high rigidity and good vibration resistance, keeping stable under heavy cutting without deformation.
6. Combined with zero point quick change system, fixtures can be replaced rapidly to reduce machine downtime.
