This pineapple processing line is configured specifically for juice
and puree production, delivering consistent extraction rates and
reliable food-grade construction for daily commercial operation.
Optimized for Pineapple Juice and Puree
Pineapple requires specific handling to maximize yield while
controlling astringency and enzyme activity. This line incorporates
a two-stage extraction approach: initial crushing followed by belt
pressing to separate juice from fiber. For puree production, the
system switches to a pulping configuration that retains fruit
solids while removing core and peel residue. The result is a
versatile line capable of switching between clear juice and
textured puree with minimal changeover.
Material and Construction Standards
All product-contact components use SUS304 stainless steel, a
globally recognized standard for food processing equipment. This
material resists corrosion from fruit acids and withstands the
sanitizing chemicals used in routine CIP procedures. Non-contact
structural components are powder-coated carbon steel, providing
durability without unnecessary cost.
Key Process Stages
The line covers washing (bubble and brush combined), inspection
conveying, crushing, enzymatic treatment tank, belt pressing or
pulping, juice collection, and pre-sterilization. Optional add-ons
include vacuum degassing, aroma recovery, and concentration modules
for extended product range.
Throughput and Compatibility
Standard configurations handle 5 to 30 tons of fresh pineapple per
day. The system also processes other tropical fruits including
mango, guava, and passion fruit with parameter adjustments, making
it a practical choice for processors working with multiple seasonal
crops.
