Impact Bed for Belt Conveyor

The impact bed is used on belt conveyor as an anti-shock & anti-friction device. The surface of the impact bed is made of high density polyethylene material, which is suitable for all kinds of belt conveyor, especially suitable for the belt conveyor of long distance, high drop, high speed, large capacity, high strength and bad working condition.

The impact bed is applied to the belt conveyor feeding (discharging) site, and it’s the substitute product of impact roller, which is used for supporting and protecting the conveyor belt. When the material falls on the conveyor belt, the impact bed can effectively avoid the damage to the belt, it also can prevent the deviation of the conveyor belt.

The impact bed can achieve a good sealing effect with sealing plate of gathering sill together.
