Features
PRY-BZD1500 type semi-automatic pressing type gluing machine is a new type of environmental protection equipment for carton production newly developed in recent years, according to the users’ needs of small and medium-sized orders and heterogeneous cartons.
The size is small to save space,and the operation is simple and workers are easy to handle. It is ideally suitable for small batch production and varieties of replacement;It has a wide range of applications and can make ordinary cartons,shaped color boxes single-page molded glued,two-piece cartons and sky-lid cartons;Saving glue is another advantage,the glue quantity is only 1/3 of manual gluing;The maximum speed is 56M/Min of this machine, 3-4 times more efficient than manual operation;Make the cardboard bonded firmly and neatly without overflowing glue.And patented sanding technology to remove UV light film layer or laminated plastic layer,etc. to increase adhesive strength.Helps user factory to solve the problem that cartons are easy to open glue in some seasons.
Since this machine adopts manual folding,it is also suitable for the products with incorrect indentation,special shapes and open windows on the paper surface which are not well processed by the fully automatic machine,while improving the efficiency.
