1. Introduction

WT-600 is an economical and practical automatic checkweighing solution. With fast and accurate weight acquisition and easy integration with existing conveying equipment, this series of automatic checkweighers is suitable for all checkweighing applications in automatic packaging and logistics.

3. Features

3.1. 10-inch color touch screen LCD, touch screen language: Chinese, English, automatic conversion between dynamic weighing and static weighing, three-level password protection.

3.2. The touch screen can record all weighing data of the day, and at least the last 100 records can be observed; the curve displays historical data, and the latest 50 dynamic data can be observed.

3.3. Continuous error alarm: Every 5-10 (number can be set, maximum 255) continuous weighing errors, an alarm will be output.

3.4. The parameters of various products can be set and retained (at least 100 recipes), and the operator can call them directly.

3.5. Electrical components and hardware have industrial-grade reliability (see the table on the following page for major pneumatic and electrical component brands).

3.6. Power-off protection function: The parameters of unexpected power-off remain unchanged.

3.7. Data statistics function: total number of products passed within a period of time/total number of underweight products/total number of overweight products.
