This machine is used between PCB loader and screen printer, with brush and sticker roller to clean the dust,electricity static on the surface of the PCB.

The fully automatic PCB board surface cleaning machine is suitable for online cleaning of small board chips, dust, fibers, hair, skin debris, metal particles and other foreign matter on the surface of PCB pads before solder paste printing or adhesive coating to ensure that the PCB surface is in a Clean status.

Principle and working mode:

Principle of electrostatic dust removal: Use electrostatic adsorption force to adsorb and collect dust particles on the surface of PCB. Common electrostatic dust removal methods include ion blowers and electrostatic dust collectors.

Principle of air flow sweeping: Use compressed air to generate high-speed airflow to sweep and absorb dust on the surface of PCB. This method does not require an electrostatic field, but requires a matching vacuum collection system.
