Inside, the Orlando Tiny House includes a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 1 to 3 bedrooms, and a cozy living room, making it suitable for both short-term travel and long-term residence in a backyard setting​​. The interior walls are finished with 8mm integrated wall panels, and the floors are lined with 15mm CFC sheets, providing a sturdy and attractive living space.

The Orlando Tiny House is built with a main steel structure system using AS1397 G550 AZ150 0.75mm steel frame. The house features comprehensive insulation, with R2.5 glass wool for walls and R3.5 for the roof. The roofing system is made from 0.5mm Colorbond sheet, ensuring durability and weather resistance​​.
