The Cause: Viscous Stringing and Micro-Dosing Inaccuracies

Packaging ultra-small volumes (2-5g) of thick gels presents a profound mechanical challenge. Standard pneumatic piston pumps lack the reactive control needed for micro-dosing, leading to extreme volumetric fluctuations. The Premium European PLC architecture allows operators to finely tune the acceleration and deceleration of the pump stroke via the touchscreen. At the exact millisecond the 5g dose completes, the servo motor instantly reverses, creating a dynamic suck-back effect that cleanly shears the thick gel.
