Tungsten-lanthanum (W-La) alloy refers to an alloy product in which an appropriate amount of lanthanum trioxide (La2O3) is added to the tungsten matrix, which has good thermal, mechanical and chemical properties. The lanthanum oxide content in common alloys is generally 0.5%-2.5%. Tungsten Lanthanum Alloy Electrode Rod can be well welded under AC and DC conditions, and has excellent properties such as high melting point, good ductility, high density, strong electron emission ability, good crack resistance, good current carrying capacity, strong arc stability, good mechanical cutting performance, less spark spatter and long electrode life.
Tungsten Lanthanum Alloy Electrode Rod is mainly used for DC welding of stainless steel, copper alloy, nickel alloy, titanium, etc., and for electrodes in shielded gas welding, resistance welding and plasma welding.
