Product Description of Automatic winding machine:

1. The use of servo motor wiring, 5-19mm width of the packaging belt winding, through the touch screen to select the appropriate bandwidth for winding, no need to manually replace the transmission gear.
2. Reel rewinding uses the torque mode of the servo motor, and the torque during reel rewinding can be set by the touch screen, so that the packaging tape with different weight width can be rewound with appropriate torque, as far as possible to reduce the bending deformation of the packaging tape after winding, so that the packaging tape can maintain a good straightness.
3. The packing belt that exits after winding is completed is automatically moved to the storage belt conveyor, and about 3 rolls of finished packing belt can be loaded on the conveyor.
4. The machine is designed to operate at a high speed of 220-350m/min, making it suitable for high-volume production of strapping bands.
