Operation Guide

1. Set up the machine on the heavy-duty tripod stand; connect the correct voltage.
2. Install the chaser set for the pipe size and adjust the die head.
3. Tighten the rear chuck then the front chuck, keeping the pipe on the centerline.
4. Knock the hammer chuck several times to clamp the pipe tightly.
5. Start the motor; select 22 RPM or 10 RPM to suit the pipe size.
6. Feed the die head and cut the thread; the die head opens at the set length.
7. Ream and cut the pipe to length if required.
