Introduction:

This machine RM-F550 is a new developed Router Machine. It is used to depaneling a whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual PCBa boards.

The machine adopt a very stable platform to ensure the working precision, the working platform size is 300*350mm.

It has a larger platform option at 400*600mm.The machine provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming,also can detect the depaneling process.

Main features:

1, Provide customers a high performance,high stable and security industrial equipment, using high precision linear guide, control card, and servo motor.

2, 4 axis motion control basen on the high resolution CCD vicual aligement, use double platform to make the production more efficiency.

3, Germany brand routing spindle, speed at 40000~60000rpm.

4, Taiwan Hiwin brand guide, make sure the moving system precision and smooth.

5, Tool life monitoring. After the cutter cuts a certain distance, it will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.

6, Suitable for depaneling straight line, arc, and circular connectted boards.

7, The PCB substrate is placed by two-stage continuous sliding processing to reduce waiting time and increase production.

Offline design
This equipment is an offline device independent of the production line and does not need to be integrated into the automated production line.
It can be flexibly placed in a suitable position in the workshop for independent circuit board processing.

Cutting function
It has a precise CNC cutting system that can perform high-precision cutting processing on PCB boards.
It can cut circuit boards of various sizes and shapes to meet the needs of different products.

Automation
Equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system, it can realize unattended circuit board cutting operations.
It has functions such as program control and cutting parameter setting, which improves processing efficiency.

Flexible size
The machine size is generally about 1.2m×1.5m, which is suitable for placement in limited workshop space.
