The properties of Polyurethane foam wedge absorbing material are similar to the one of equal height of the polyurethane foam Pyramidal absorbing material, it has excellent performance in 100 MHZ - 110 GHZ. It is mainly used in large compact field chamber and tapered chamber, the main advantage is to reduce the back scatter problem of pyramidal material, get a higher static degree in quiet zone.

Characteristics

1) Shape: rectangular pyramid, color: blue and other colors optional

2) Flexible and bendable, the sharp top of the material will not flap down after long term use, performance remains same within 10 years

3) Oxygen index≥29%(GB/T2406-93),flame retardant Class B2(GB8624-1997) as well as NRL8093 Test 1, 2, 3 and UL94

4) Environmental performance is good, all raw materials conform to the requirements of environmental protection, no volatile odor non-toxic.

5) Working condition:normally indoor

6) Installation method: normally use a environmentally friendly glue to adhesives on the shield, when material height under 500mm, it can be mounted with Velcro, moreover, it can be also buckle mounted, which is easy to replace it or rebuild the chamber.
