We offer three complete system specifications, equipped with 65mm, 90mm, or 120mm extruders to meet various capacity and production requirements. Working Principle

The plastic material undergoes three distinct states at different temperatures: The screw's pushing force transforms the material from a glassy state to an elastic state and then to a viscous, fluid state. It flows out through the narrow gap of the die, after which the processes of calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting, haul-off, cutting, and winding take place sequentially.
