The sheet extrusion line represents one of the most complete,
high-performance, and reliable sheet production systems available.
We offer three complete system specifications, equipped with 65mm,
90mm, or 120mm extruders to meet various capacity and production
requirements. This production line is engineered for high
efficiency and stability, suitable for producing a wide variety of
plastic sheets and films.
Key Features
- High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Equipped with high-quality motor, digital control system, vacuum
venting, screen changer, gearbox, and flexible die. Can be equipped
with PLC/PCC control system with specially designed screws for
processing HIPS, PP, and PET materials.
- Three-Roller Calender: Features three hard surface polished rollers with flawless mirror
chrome plating, designed for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Each
roller includes individual, high-volume pressurized water
temperature control system for accurate temperature control and
smooth, shiny sheet surfaces.
- High-Performance Cooling System: Utilizes forced water cooling to significantly enhance production
efficiency, with temperature synchronization to ensure consistent
product quality.

System Components
The complete machinery unit consists of the following components:
- Extruder: SBJZ series single screw extruder, SJZ series conical twin screw
extruder, or SJ series parallel twin screw extruder
- Screen Changer: Ensures stable melt flow
- Melt Pump: Provides stable melt flow rate
- T-Die: Ensures uniform distribution of the melt, avoiding stagnation and
ensuring even sheet thickness
- Three-Roller or Multi-Roller Calender: Ensures sheet flatness
- Cooling Device: Effectively cools the melt and maintains high efficiency
- Edge Cutter: Precisely cuts the edges of the sheet
- Haul-off System: Smoothly pulls the sheet
- Plate Cutter/Winder: Efficiently cuts the sheet and winds it
- Electrical Control System: Ensures automation and efficient operation
Working Principle
The plastic material undergoes three distinct states at different
temperatures: The screw's pushing force transforms the material
from a glassy state to an elastic state and then to a viscous,
fluid state. It flows out through the narrow gap of the die, after
which the processes of calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting,
haul-off, cutting, and winding take place sequentially.
Machine Construction Features
- High-Strength Alloy Structural Steel: Material barrel, screw, and die are manufactured from high-grade
alloy structural steel (38CRMOALA) treated by nitriding, providing
high hardness, corrosion resistance, and extended service life.
- T-Die Design: Flow channel is engineered for smooth melt flow without detention,
ensuring uniform sheet thickness.
- Calendering Design: Large conical slot design enhances internal roller cooling,
ensuring temperature synchronization for high-quality production.
