Featuring a compact, modular design, it offers high-speed operation, smooth motion, excellent stability, high precision, a long service life, and maintenance-free operation. Effective stroke: 150 mm; Positioning accuracy: ±2 μm; Repeatability: ±0.5 μm; Straightness: ±3 μm; Maximum speed: 2 m/s; Maximum acceleration: 2 g. Through optimal encoder and guide rail configuration, positioning accuracy can reach 0.1–5 μm.
With its high dynamic response, high precision, high repeatability, zero mechanical transmission error, and thermally stable structure, the single-axis linear motor module has become a core drive technology for machine vision systems, capable of achieving sub-micron positioning and high-speed synchronous detection.
Single-axis linear motor modules can be used for camera scanning and positioning to precisely move the camera, enabling it to scan or capture images of the object under test, thereby improving inspection efficiency.
