Our company has a 100,000 square meter modern production base with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. We are equipped with 3 CNC plasma cutting machines, 11 H-beam production lines, shot blasting rust removal lines, electrostatic powder coating lines, and other advanced equipment, achieving a fully automated process from raw material processing to finished product coating. We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, EU CE certification, and China's first-class steel structure manufacturing qualification. Our raw materials are sourced from the top five well-known steel mills in China, and each batch of materials is accompanied by an authoritative quality certificate.
We adopt a MES digital production management system to track order progress in real time. Our quality inspection covers the entire process (non-destructive testing UT/MT, dimensional accuracy inspection, coating thickness test), ensuring a product qualification rate of over 99.5%.
Our design team has deep technical accumulation and can handle various complex structural requirements: 30+ professional design engineers, 12 of whom hold registered structural engineer qualifications, with an average of 8 years of industry experience. They are familiar with design standards of different countries and can customize solutions based on the standards of the customer's region. We use Tekla Structures for 3D detailed design (BIM collaboration) and combine AutoCAD, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and optimization to ensure the safety, economy, and constructability of the design. We have successfully completed the detailed design of a 120,000 square meter large-span factory in Southeast Asia and the optimization of the complex steel structure nodes of a stadium in the Middle East (spanning 60 meters), solving complex load and spatial shape problems.
We offer EPC turnkey engineering services, covering the entire process from pre-consultation to after-sales maintenance: including pre-project consultation, scheme design, production manufacturing, international logistics, on-site installation guidance, and after-sales warranty (lifetime technical support). We have deep cooperation with well-known shipping companies such as MSC and are familiar with international sea and land transportation rules.
