Product Overview
SFH-W pump series are overhung type, horizontally mounted high
speed pumps, mainly composed of motor gearbox, pump body,
lubrication system and baseplate. They are stable, reliable,
compact in size, easy to maintain, and have long service lives.
SFH-W pump series are equipped with backflow stabilizers, which
improve the pump performance at the low flow section and expand the
flow regulation ranges. High-speed shaft system is equipped with
advanced bi-directional tilt pad bearings to ensure long-time
operation of pumps under suction pressure up to 10.0 MPa.

High Performance Gearbox
The gearbox casing and gear shaft are the key components of a pump.
For such, heat treatment processes are complex, and the machining
accuracy and fit tolerances are stringent. Through years of
efforts, a set of complete and time-tested fabrication processes
are established. Under such regulations, chemical composition and
heat treatment of castings are strictly controlled, multiple
stabilization treatments after initial machining of gearboxes are
carried out to ensure high strength and stability for such; and
every finished part is strictly tested, recorded and filed for
traceability.
High Performance Journal Bearings
Multiple series of self-developed journal bearings can be flexibly
combined to satisfy different applications. The successful
development of axial, radial and tilt pad bearings, suitable for
working under high suction pressure, and heavy load conditions,
greatly improves the stability and reliability of high speed pumps
and broadens their field of applications.
Fluid Section Optimization
Inducer, impeller, diffuser and pump casing, which are the main
components of the fluid section, are optimized with the aid of CFD
software.

Test Facilities
Professional compressor test facilities, equipped with high speed
and high precision data acquisition systems carry out performance
and running tests. Major systems include:

Every delivered pump underwent performance and running tests before
shipment to guarantee trouble-free operation on site. Three pump
test stands operate independently each with the power of 355 KW,
1100 KW and 4000 KW. Each such system runs in a closed loop, with a
circulating cooling system to prevent temperature rise during tests
which may impact the test process and measuring accuracy. Standard
applied: Rotodynamic Pumps-Hydraulic Performance Acceptance
Tests-Grade 1 and 2 (GB/T 3216). The uncertainty of pump energy
test is better than grade 1.
