Rubber Sole Preforms Making Machine is a high efficiency and high precision rubber blanks preparation equipment.

Our Rubber Preforming Machine for rubber sole is the Preformer machine specially developed for rubber sole industry, it is a high efficiency, high precision rubber sole blank preparation equipment, instead of traditional stamping or manual cutting, directly cut the rubber compound into rubber sole shape with exact required weight,greatly improving production accuracy and efficiency, reducing rubber waste and saving labor force.

Cutting weight accuracy of sole blank is up to ± 1%.

Introduction of Rubber Sole Preforms Making Machine:

1. Extruder device: composed of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder, head etc.

2. Hydraulic System: (Pump selection).
