Cutter

1.The machine independently uses AC servo motor to control cutting.

2.The cooling cutter is controlled by the stepper motor for forth and rear shift cutting with electric eye to track printing color mark.

3.The movement of cutter is accurately controlled by type AC servo motor.

4. This part has Plexiglas protector.

Press molding

The main function of main engine is to mold the compounded material by heating pressing and sealing.

Under press molding by mechanical style.The time of sealing can be controlled according to the thickness of material.

The width of hot sealing is 18mm.
Three sets of copper sealing knives is delivered with machine.

Feeding part

The machine adopts actively following feeding manner to send the two-layer composite material by multi-roll storing device and swing arms. The speed of feeding is controlled by INVO brand BT-200 type AC servo motors.

Material pulling

Multi-roll storing device and swing arms send the composite material to the folding shelf smoothly and steadily.
