Material
Solid Bronze bushings and plates are made completely of tin bronze,
CuSn10P, which has very good machine ability. All surfaces of the
solid bronze bushings are machined.
Solid iron bushings and plates are made in same way of bronze
material, but it is much lower costs if you are not in high
performance requirements.

Dry lubricated bearings
Viiplus bearings incorporate graphite and molybdenum disulphide as
the dry lubricants. In these materials, the lubricating properties
are the consequence of a lamella layer structure that is created
under load, when the lubricant adheres to the contact surfaces in
the bearing. The layered structure enables sliding movement of the
parallel plates . Weak bonding between the plates provides low shear strength in the direction of the sliding movement but high compression strength in the direction perpendicular to the sliding movement. Also, a
solid lubricant having high compression strength is capable of withstanding heavy loads without creating
metal-to-metal contact. Finally, the dry lubricant has good adhesion to the substrate surface. This property provides a presence of
solid lubricant on the bearing surfaces even at high shear stresses.
Typical Application
This kind of bearing can be applied under dry, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive, water or other chemical environments when no oil can be introduced. It is widely used in automotive
products line, water engineering, dam gate, plastic industries,
successive casting machines, steel rollers in metallurgy industry,
mineral machines, ships, turbo generators, hydraulic turbines and
injection molding machines...
