Mini Camera Module

• The AR0230 is a high-performance 1/2.7-inch CMOS digital image sensor launched by ON Semiconductor, designed for automotive, industrial and consumer-grade vision applications. The AR0230 HD mini camera module uses advanced 3.0μm pixel technology, supports 1920×1080 full HD resolution (1080p), provides excellent low-light performance and dynamic range (up to 120dB), and can still present clear and detailed images under complex lighting conditions.

Infrared Camera Module

• The AR0230 CMOS digital image sensor has an effective pixel array of 1928Hx1088V. It supports linear or high dynamic range modes and adopts rolling shutter readout. It includes advanced camera features such as in-pixel merging, windowing, and video and single frame modes. It is designed for low-light and high dynamic range scenes. It can be programmed through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR0230 infrared camera module supports high frame rate output up to 60fps and has excellent near-infrared (NIR) sensitivity for night vision or infrared fill-in scenes.
