Continuous Spiral Discharging Decanter Centrifuge for Automatic Sludge Dewatering

The LW series 2-phase sedimentation decanter centrifuge is a horizontal, continuously working and continuously spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge designed for sewage sludge dewatering and thickening.

The bowl and screw rotate at high speeds with a controlled differential speed. Materials enter through the feed tube, where centrifugal force separates components by specific weight. Heavy liquids accumulate on the bowl walls and discharge through the centripetal pump, while lighter liquids form an inner ring and exit through overflow channels. Solids are continuously pushed by the spiral conveyor to the tapered end and discharged as dewatered cake.
