Operation Process
This fully automatic peanut shelling machine operates on 380V, 50Hz
three-phase power and follows a systematic process:
- Raw peanuts are fed into the destoner where gravity separation
removes stones and debris
- Cleaned peanuts are conveyed to the shelling machine's feed hopper
- Shelled kernels and remaining unshelled peanuts pass through a
separating screen
- Kernels float to the surface and discharge through the output port
- Unshelled peanuts enter a secondary roller system for further
processing
- Blower system and friction against mesh plates ensure complete
shell removal
- Final separation screen completely separates peanut kernels from
shells
