dedicated aluminum disc, providing full-specification customization
services for global customers. The product diameter range is 80 to
1600mm, and the thickness is 0.3 to 6mm. According to the
customer's kitchenware design drawings and processing technology
requirements, the size, surface condition and performance
parameters of the product can be precisely adjusted to ensure that
the aluminum discs can perfectly adapt to the customer's production
process, improving production efficiency and product quality.
The factory operates under a 24-hour non-stop production mode,
introduces advanced aluminum processing equipment, and achieves
full-process automated control. In the smelting process, advanced
degassing and slag removal techniques are adopted to effectively
reduce the gas content and impurities in aluminum alloys and
enhance the purity of raw materials. During the rolling process,
through multiple precise rolling passes, the thickness uniformity
error of the aluminum discs is ensured to be controlled within
±0.02mm, and the flatness reaches the industry-leading level. The
cutting process adopts CNC laser cutting technology to ensure the
dimensional accuracy of the product and the smoothness of the
cutting surface, reducing subsequent processing procedures.
In terms of product performance, this aluminum disc has excellent
thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of
over 200W/(m · K), ensuring rapid and uniform heat transfer during
cooking in kitchenware and preventing local overheating that could
cause food to burn. It also has excellent ductility, with an
elongation rate of over 15%, which is convenient for complex
processing such as deep drawing and bending, meeting the diverse
shaping requirements of high-end kitchenware. In addition, the
product has passed the FDA food contact material certification and
complies with the requirements of the EU regulation EU 10/2011. It
is non-toxic, odorless, safe and environmentally friendly, and can
be safely used in the production of kitchenware that comes into
